Warm Spinach Dip with Artichokes
6 oz Canned artichoke hearts pieces
21/2 oz Hannaford Inspirations Baby Spinach
61/4 teaspoon Cheese, parmesan, grated
1 oz Hannaford Inspirations Dill Havarti Cheese, chopped
31/4 tablespoon Real mayonnaise
1/4 each Garlic cloves, peeled and minced
5/8 each Cooking spray, 1/3 sec spray
31/2 oz Hannaford Inspirations Multigrain Organic Bread

directions:

1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.
2. Blend until smooth artichokes, spinach, cheeses, mayonnaise and garlic in food processor fitted with a metal blade.
3. Lightly spray a 2-quart casserole dish with nonstick cooking spray; spoon spinach mixture into casserole; and bake 30 minutes.
4. Meanwhile cut a 4-inch circle in center of bread. Lift off top, tear out bread in 1-inch pieces to create a bowl for dip, making sure not to tear through bottom of loaf.
5. Carefully spoon hot dip into bread bowl. Serve with torn bread pieces and assorted raw vegetables (celery, yellow bell peppers, cherry tomatoes, cucumbers and snap peas) for dipping. (Vegetables not included in nutritional analysis.)
