We all want a healthy lifestyle, but don't always have the time. Or the patience. Or the knowledge. The Guiding Stars program can help. Our unique, easy-to-use navigation system helps you find foods throughout Sweetbay Supermarkets that give you the most nutrition for the calories.

Guiding Stars is the first, and only, program of its kind.

We've developed this program to make it easy for shoppers to quickly identify and choose more nutritious foods. We gathered a panel of expert nutrition scientists and asked them to develop criteria that reflect the most current scientific knowledge.

Each food at Sweetbay Supermarkets is evaluated regardless of brand, price, or manufacturer with the same criteria, and all foods are rated, with the exception of five categories: bottled water, alcoholic beverages, coffee, tea, and spices.
