Can anyone use my Sweetbay Gift Card?
Yes. Treat the card as you would treat cash. You may use it yourself, or give it to anyone you choose.

Are Sweetbay Gift Cards sold in specific denominations?
By phone, you may purchase a Sweetbay Gift Card for any amount up to $250.00 per card. If you are purchasing cards online, you will need to choose a specific denomination.

Where are Sweetbay Gift Cards sold?
Sweetbay Gift Cards may be purchased at any Sweetbay Supermarket location. To purchase over the phone or for bulk purchases, contact the Gift Card Sales Line at 1-888-646-2577. (The Gift Card Sales Line accepts, Visa, MasterCard, Discover and American Express or the customer / organization can mail-in their payment. The department is open M-F, 8:30 AM - 4:30 PM ET). What forms of payment do you accept?

What happens when all the card value is used? Should I throw the card away?
As long as there are funds on the card it can be used as often as you like. Once you run out of funds you may add additional funds to the Gift Card at any Sweetbay location, or by calling the Gift Card Sales Line at 1-888-646-2577. (The Gift Card Sales Line accepts, Visa, MasterCard, Discover and American Express or the customer / organization can mail-in their payment. The department is open M-F 8:30 AM - 4:30 PM). You cannot add value to cards that maintained a zero balance for more than 30 days.

Does the Sweetbay Gift Card ever expire?
No. However, when a card is not used, (for purchases or value added to the card), within 2 years, the card will become inactive. Also, cards that retain a zero balance for more than 30 days will also be deactivated.

Am I restricted to using my Sweetbay Gift Card only at the location of purchase?
No. It may be used at any Sweetbay Supermarket location.

Are there any limits on the number of cards that can be bought or the amount of money that can be placed on the Sweetbay Gift Card?
You may purchase as many Sweetbay Gift Cards as you like, as often as you like. A maximum of $250.00 can be loaded on each card. Does the Sweetbay Gift Card have a Dormancy or Service Fee?
No.

Are there any restrictions on what I can purchase with my Sweetbay Gift Card?
You may purchase any merchandise that you would like. However, you may not use the card to purchase Money Orders, Money Transfer Services, pay Utility Bills, or pay for Returned Checks.

Can I receive cash back on funds I have placed in my Sweetbay Gift Card?
Sweetbay Gift Cards may be redeemed for merchandise only and may not be redeemed for cash.

I received a Sweetbay Gift Card, as a gift. However there are no Sweetbay stores in my area. What can I do?
Please call the Gift Card Balance Inquiry Line 1-888-261-6594 (open 24 / 7), and opt-out to speak to a live agent by not answering the prompts.

I lost my Sweetbay Gift Card, but I have the Sweetbay Gift Card number / Gift Card Receipt. Can you cancel or replace the card?
Because the Sweetbay Gift Card is just like cash, generally if the card is lost, we are unable to cancel or replace it. However, if you retained your receipts, please call the Gift Card Balance Inquiry Line 1-888-261-6594, and opt-out to speak to a live agent by not answering the prompts.
