Deluxe Tabouleh Salad With Broiled Pork Chops
 

A generous Tabouleh salad with pork chops on the side
Servings : 4
Preparation Time : 30 minutes
Side Dishes : Steamed Carrots, Bakery Bread

Ingredients:
 
1 lb   Prepared Tabouleh Salad
8 oz   Shredded Cheddar Cheese
1   Cucumber
1/2 cup   Raisins
1/2 cup   Pine Nuts
 
 
4   Escarole leaves
2 lbs   Pork Chops
4   Sliced, medium Carrots
1 loaf   Bakery White Bread
 
Directions:
  • In medium-sized bowl combine tabouleh with cheese, chopped cucumber, raisins, and pine nuts.
  • Cover and refrigerate.
  • Broil pork chops 8-10 minutes each side.
  • Peel and slice carrots.
  • Cook in boiling water just until tender.
  • Just before serving, arrange greens on salad plates.
  • Portion mixture onto each of four plates.
  • Bakery bread makes a nice addition with fresh fruit for dessert.
