Salmon Sunburst Salad Salad

Ingredients:
 
2 large   Grapefruits, halved
2 (6 oz.)   Bumble Bee® Canned Pink Boneless, Skinless Salmon
1/2 cup   Cucumber, chopped
1/4 cup   coarsely chopped Walnuts
1   Marie's® Sour Cream Dill Dressing
 
 
Directions:
USING a grapefruit knife, carefully remove fruit from grapefruit halves; CUT fruit into segments completely free of membrane, scrape shells clean. DRAIN salmon and break into chunks. GENTLY toss grapefruit segments, salmon, cucumbers, nuts and dressing just until combined. DIVIDE mixture and place in grapefruit shells. COVER with plastic wrap and chill.
